Compressive Multi Unit Impant
The BioLine Compressive Multi Unit Implant is a single-piece implant system featuring an integrated Multi Unit Abutment specifically designed for screw-retained prostheses and full-arch rehabilitation procedures. By combining the implant and prosthetic platform into a single structure, it provides a simplified workflow and enhanced mechanical reliability.
True to its compressive design philosophy, the implant is intended to condense and preserve the surrounding native bone through an under-preparation drilling protocol, promoting excellent primary stability and supporting long-term bone maintenance.
The Compressive Multi Unit Implant series is available in a broad range of diameters and lengths, beginning with ultra-narrow 3.0 mm implants suitable for narrow ridges and single-tooth restorations in the aesthetic zone, and extending up to 5.0 mm diameters for posterior and molar indications.
Thanks to its active thread design and one-piece architecture, the BioLine Compressive Multi Unit Implant is particularly well suited for immediate placement and immediate loading protocols, making it an ideal solution for screw-retained restorations and full-mouth rehabilitation.

BioFix™ surface treatment
Bioline implants feature the proprietary BioFix™ surface treatment, based on a naturally derived citric acid conditioning process that optimizes the titanium surface while preserving its structural integrity. The treatment enhances surface wettability and biological activity, promoting rapid osteoblast attachment and predictable osseointegration.
Bioline implants are manufactured from high-purity Grade 5 medical titanium (Ti-6Al-4V ELI), a material widely recognized for its exceptional mechanical strength, corrosion resistance, and biocompatibility.
Each implant undergoes advanced surface treatment processes, including the proprietary BioFix™ citric acid conditioning, which optimizes the biological properties of the titanium surface while preserving its structural integrity. This environmentally friendly process utilizes naturally derived, biocompatible materials to enhance surface cleanliness and wettability, promoting predictable osseointegration and long-term clinical success.
The gold or blue color of Bioline implants is the result of a controlled anodization process that forms a stable titanium oxide layer on the implant surface. The color reflects the thickness of the oxide layer created during the electrochemical treatment and does not affect the implant’s dimensions or precision.
The anodization process enhances corrosion resistance, increases surface hardness, and improves the wear resistance of the implant–abutment connection. It also serves as a final surface treatment that helps ensure a clean, stable, and biocompatible titanium surface by removing residual contaminants from the manufacturing process.
Bioline implants are distinguished by their advanced engineering, precision manufacturing, and innovative yet simplified design philosophy. Every implant is developed on the principle that simplicity leads to greater reliability, delivering excellent primary stability, long-term mechanical strength, and predictable clinical performance.
Combined with high-purity medical-grade titanium, advanced surface technologies, and rigorous quality standards, Bioline implants provide a durable and dependable solution designed for long-term implant success.
